- Precision pruning and plant care—making everything from shrubs to flower beds look Texas-spring fresh.
- Applying fertilizers and herbicides while keeping safety top of mind—because a healthy lawn means happy Texans.
- Checking irrigation systems, fixing leaks, and adjusting sprinkler heads—no dry spots on your watch!
- Jumping into seasonal projects like installing lights or creating temporary landscape features that make neighbors say, “Wow!”
- Whether you’re at a municipal park, a commercial center, or in a residential HOA, your work will make each location feel like a picture-perfect spot.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of professional lawn maintenance experience.
- Proficiency with advanced equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and sprayers.
- A strong understanding of plant care, lawn health, and pest management—you know what makes a lawn thrive.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues on the spot and think critically.
- Someone who can lead by example and take ownership of your tasks.
