  • Personnel Management:

    • Hiring, training, and supervising landscaping staff.
    • Scheduling work assignments and managing employee performance.
    • Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
    • Ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Project Management:

    • Planning and organizing landscaping projects, including design, installation, and maintenance activities.
    • Estimating project costs and developing budgets.
    • Coordinating with clients or stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
    • Procuring necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Operations Oversight:

    • Managing day-to-day operations of landscape maintenance, including mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
    • Developing and implementing schedules for watering, irrigation, and seasonal planting.
    • Monitoring and ensuring the quality of work performed by landscaping crews.
    • Troubleshooting problems and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Client Relations:

    • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and answering inquiries.
    • Collaborating with clients to develop and refine landscape maintenance plans.
    • Providing recommendations for landscape improvements and enhancements based on client preferences and site conditions.
    • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
