The STEM Program Coordinator serves as the primary representative for assigned programs, articulating their vision, goals, and objectives while providing hands-on leadership and direction. This role involves promoting program benefits to community stakeholders, coordinating all aspects of program implementation, and collaborating effectively with strategic partners. The coordinator must exhibit strong leadership, initiative, creativity, and excellent administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills. Availability for evenings, weekends, and summer programming is required.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (STEM, Education, Youth Development, Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.) or equivalent experience and training required.
- 1 year of experience in teaching education, training, youth development, youth outreach, project management, or community outreach required.
- Ability to prepare and make oral presentations before various groups; present at workshops
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good research skills, Computer literate, and Team Player
