JOB SUMMARY:
Urban Legend’s Influencer Manager will play a critical role at an innovative company connecting top-tier influencers with causes that matter. They will serve as the main point-of-contact for dozens of Urban Legend users, helping ensure their campaign participation is robust and impactful. The manager will also assist in the identification, interviewing, vetting, and onboarding of new creators.
Urban Legend is pioneering cause-driven influencer campaigns and is seeking a detailed oriented manager to help scale our influencer program. Influencer managers will work on wide-ranging campaigns across a variety of issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in talent management or influencer marketing. The candidate must be a skilled communicator, detail-oriented project manager, strategic marketer, and a creative thinker.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
● Manage a portfolio of creators on the Urban Legend platform. Assign creators to appropriate advertiser campaigns.
● Conduct regular creator check-ins to ensure creators are supported and engaged.
● Demonstrate how to use the platform and answer creator questions on an ongoing basis.
● Gather creator feedback on the Urban Legend platform and on client campaigns, using those insights to guide other Urban Legend teams.
● Provide guidance to creators when adjustments to their approach or improved compliance with various guidelines is needed.
● Work on the identification, outreach, recruitment and onboarding of key creators onto the Urban Legend platform.
● Follow established Urban Legend procedures for screening, vetting, and interviewing potential creators, ensuring brand safety and high-quality engagement.
KEY SKILLS:
● 2-4 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or talent management
● Very strong writing and editing skills
● Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools; experience with one or more CRM tools
● Bachelor’s degree
