Join an award-winning architecture and design firm as a Lead Project Manager to enhance their dynamic team in the Financial District of San Francisco.

If you are a driven and seasoned project manager with a rich history in overseeing innovative interior design and architectural projects, this is an exceptional opportunity for you!

This role demands a results-focused leader with extensive experience across all phases of project delivery, from initial client engagement to project completion. You will play a pivotal role in refining the firm's processes to foster a collaborative and successful environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, designers, and architects to optimize firm processes and standards
  • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, from start to finish
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including scope of work, fee proposals, schedules, and sub-consultant agreements
  • Administer and review client contracts, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards
  • Facilitate the RFP / RFQ process while managing vendor selection
  • Oversee daily project management activities, including facilitating weekly team meetings, task delegation, and oversight
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure quality control throughout project execution and manage project documentation coordination
  • Analyze and manage design budgets while reviewing cost estimates
  • Conduct project site visits
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting their growth

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in managing interior design and / or architectural projects
  • Proven track record managing diverse projects of varying sizes and complexities
  • Extensive experience across all phases of project delivery and design, from concept to construction
  • Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of corporate commercial real estate objectives
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, accessibility regulations, and construction documentation
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, Project, etc.
  • Experience with collaborative platforms like Mural is a significant plus
  • Strong grasp of sustainable design practices including LEED and WELL
  • Compensation & Benefits :

    Salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year based on experience, along with a competitive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, hybrid work flexibility, and more!
