This role demands a results-focused leader with extensive experience across all phases of project delivery, from initial client engagement to project completion. You will play a pivotal role in refining the firm's processes to foster a collaborative and successful environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with senior leadership, designers, and architects to optimize firm processes and standards
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, from start to finish
- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including scope of work, fee proposals, schedules, and sub-consultant agreements
- Administer and review client contracts, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards
- Facilitate the RFP / RFQ process while managing vendor selection
- Oversee daily project management activities, including facilitating weekly team meetings, task delegation, and oversight
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure quality control throughout project execution and manage project documentation coordination
- Analyze and manage design budgets while reviewing cost estimates
- Conduct project site visits
- Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting their growth

Compensation & Benefits :
