Duties
- Responsible for the day-to-day spa & salon operations at the location level.
- Keep track of inventories and ordering supplies.
- Demonstrate a professional and dependable attitude at all times.
- Customer service and goal oriented mindset.
- Organize and supervise team communication and team member schedules.
- Ensure the team members are informed of company policies & procedures, incentive plans & goals, coaching to help facilitate staff reaching goals and as well as the business’ financial goals.
- Respond to and resolves customer concerns and complaints with grace and in a timely manner.
- Monitor schedules, while adjusting as necessary to cover team member call-outs, or shortages, and adjust staff on hand as business dictates to manage payroll.
- Honesty: Doing the right thing always, using sound judgment even when no one is looking.
- Grace: Doing what needs to be done, as well as it possibly can be done. Every time.
- Thoughtfulness: Doing all that can be done for others and more than is expected, in thoughtful ways that let people know you are on their side.
