Job Description :
As a guest care and retail associate at Urban Nirvana, you'll have an array of responsibilities ranging from administrative work like booking appointments and using a POS during checkouts, to more operational duties like assisting shoppers with retail and handling client inquiries. Your duties might include, but are not limited to :
- Greeting anyone that walks in the front door, and directing them or helping them accordingly.
- Answering / returning phone calls throughout the day.
- Overseeing the schedule to handle client check-ins and check-outs, including troubleshooting any issues that might arise surrounding running late, missing appointments, etc.
- Gaining sufficient knowledge in our retail to be able to effectively help clients find what they're looking for.
- Maintaining the clean and fresh environment of the spa and salon throughout the day.
