Urban Nirvana Spa & Salon is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Associates to join our team!
A day in the life of an Urban Nirvana Front Desk Associate ; greet guests, make appointments, work with really awesome people, manage the check in / check out flow, maintain the salon & spa atmospheres, smell candles, contribute to the guests experience, buy amazing products at a discount - and that's just for starters!
What You Have to Offer :
- You’re a people person and enjoy working with a team.
- You’re a multi-tasking ninja and can seamlessly move from one task to another.
- You can easily navigate reservation software and other basic computer skills.
- You’re a product junkie who loves to try what’s new and share that with others.
- You have experience in a retail and / or service 5-star customer service role.
- You are available to work some nights and most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays ; we close at 7 most days so no super late nights!
