This position is a Hybrid position.Position Overview : We are seeking an inspirational and emotionally intelligent Senior Vice President of Human Resources (SVP HR) to lead our HR strategy and operations. This individual will be a culture warrior, a trusted advisor to senior management, and a pivotal force in building and sustaining a thriving work environment. Focusing on employee development, inclusion, and connection across remote offices, this individual will drive initiatives that align with our company values and strategic goals.Key Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership : Serve as a trusted partner to the executive team, providing counsel on people strategies and organizational development.Culture Champion : Lead an inclusive, innovative, collaborative, and engaging company culture that reflects our mission and values with actionable, measurable strategies.Team Development : Build and mentor a small but impactful internal HR team, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.Training & Development : Design and implement leadership training and professional development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth while supporting a robust succession plan and leadership pipeline.Talent Acquisition and Retention : Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse, mission-aligned talent and retain employees in the competitive media landscape.Benefits Administration, Compliance, and Governance : Direct employee benefits program selection, administration, and renewal. Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of compensation structures.
