Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all dishwashing equipment and ensure it is clean and at proper levels of sanitizer;
- Perform ware-washing tasks on soiled dishes through the use of the dish machine;
- Maintain all dish machines and cleaning equipment and follow procedures for the correct use of all equipment and supplies;
