Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, contributing to the overall success of the service.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
