A dynamic boutique creative agency in NYC is looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media Buyer / Manager. You’ll work with a toptier client in the health and technology industry creating and managing datadriven paid media strategies. This role involves overseeing programmatic campaigns across CTV display and audio as well as paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta TikTok LinkedIn and X.
Responsibilities :
Lead programmatic media planning with a focus on audience targeting segmentation flighting and budgeting to achieve client KPIs.
Manage the execution and development of campaigns across various platforms.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize programmatic and social media campaigns.
Oversee budget tracking and allocation ensuring efficient spending and pacing across all channels.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of campaign strategies reporting and goals.
Provide creative direction to enhance ad performance and drive campaign success.
Build and maintain relationships with ad networks technology vendors and partners.
Stay up to date on programmatic best practices platform updates and emerging trends in media.
Maintain a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem including programmatic channels like display native and CTV and their integration with search and social media.
Requirements :
35 years of experience managing programmatic campaigns with handson experience using DSPs and running paid social campaigns on platforms like Google Facebook TikTok X etc.
Proven experience in clientfacing roles including strategic planning reporting and campaign performance management.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to optimize campaigns based on insights.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
