Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. We will train anyone who is willing to learn !!! In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of various tasks on-site. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- A commitment to safety practices on the job site.
