Reports To : Associate Athletic Director
Job purpose
- The purpose of the physical activity program at Urban is to strengthen and support Urban's commitment to instill in students the habits and life-long benefits of maintaining a physically active lifestyle
- Physical activity instructors' will design and lead a class of their expertise while providing the opportunity for Urban students to explore a variety of physical activity interests.

Physical Activity instructors may work in a variety of work surfaces, including concrete, grass, and hardwood floors. They may also work indoors or outdoors, such as in a gym or in the park.
