Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, front end of restaurant and restroom.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of technical sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy work area
- Fluent in English for effective communication with customers and team members
