Our company is seeking a Sales Representative to join our fast-paced solar sales team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record selling solar (or other high ticket items) and will be comfortable creating proposals for business clients. We're looking for someone who can work independently and who prioritizes integrity and customer satisfaction during the sales process. Responsibilities:
- Use a computer (tablet) and CRM/design software.
- Build rapport and close deals
- Answer phones and perform follow ups with leads.
- Follow directions from management.
- Meet sales deadlines.
- Self Generate Sales in addition to pitch company provided appointments.
- Adhere to professional standards of appearance and conduct.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
