Duties
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through door-to-door outreach and networking.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Present solar energy solutions to prospective customers, highlighting the advantages and value of our offerings.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance overall performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients post-sale.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the solar or energy sector.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
