Duties
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and outside sales initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of solar products and services to educate customers on benefits and features.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients post-sale.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market penetration in the energy sector.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solar sales or energy sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals successfully.
- Experience in technical sales or outside sales is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
