What You'll Do / Job Summary:
As a Garment Presser at Urban Valet, you will play a crucial role in our dry cleaning facility by carefully evaluating, pressing, and finishing customer garments using our state-of-the-art finishing equipment. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training and support to all our team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer garments for pressing requirements.
- Operate garment pressing machinery according to established procedures.
- Press and finish garments to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Handle delicate fabrics and intricate garment details with care.
- Inspect pressed garments for any defects or issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
