QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree or greater or equivalent work experience
- Must feel comfortable using various computer software
- Must be organized and attentive to detail
- Must have customer service background or experience
- Must possess people management skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Train Budtenders to align with Urban Wellness vision
- Train Budtenders how to provide top quality customer service
- Train Budtenders on our policies and procedures
- Supervise employees to ensure compliance with drug and alcohol-free workplace policies
- Review Bio Track software system daily for sales reports and any inconsistencies
- Create and manage working schedule for employees
- Manage all inventory with extreme detail and ensuring product is available for sale
- Report any issues of non-compliance of company polices to Manager
AUTHORITY
The Assistant Manager has the authority to make adjustments or modifications to most of the retail sales process’ to ensure company growth. The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Retail Store location is always in pristine condition, for Budtenders to provide top quality customer service. The Assistant manager has authority to delegate and enforce company directives. The Assistant manager will communicate and work with the Manager to determine appropriate steps of action.
