Job Responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing and trimming
- Snow removal and salting
- Basic HVAC, plumbing, building and electrical maintenance
- Evaluating and diagnosing needs, as well as recommendations on potential solutions.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- The ability to function as part of a team and follow through on projects is necessary.
- Work in a safe manner, provide superior customer service, and positively contribute to overall tenant satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and HVAC.
- High School Diploma, Trade Certification, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting (more than 50 lbs.) as required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible with work hours and assignments.
- Some weekend work will be required.
- Valid IL Driver’s License required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
