Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment or by hand as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, kitchen, and equipment
- Ensure proper handling, organization, and storage of clean dishes and utensils
- Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment
- Support kitchen staff by prepping ingredients and assisting with basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Assist in maintaining stock of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
