System Administration:
- Monitors, acquires, and maintains property-based IT systems, ensuring optimal performance
- Manages computer and network operations, including backups, recovery, and hardware/software administration
- Oversees email systems, IT inventories, and network infrastructure (e.g., Unifi)
- Provides technical support for internet, hardware, software, and applications
- Communicates system updates, tips, and alerts to staff
- Inspects, maintains, and repairs IT equipment and systems
- Analyzes data to identify and resolve issues
- Assesses IT needs, ensuring compliance with standards and budget
- Prioritizes and schedules projects, delivering on time and within specifications
- Monitors progress and ensures proper asset management
- Stays current on IT trends, applying knowledge to enhance systems
- Provides expert support for platforms like Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Crescendo Phone System
- Proficient in managing local area networks (LANs) and Microsoft Windows environments
- 2 years of systems experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of local area networks and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Experience working in a Microsoft 365 environment.
- System-related professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff
