The Inventory Clerk works with a team of retail and loss prevention professionals to maintain our compliance with state regulations as well as keep our store stocked with a wide variety of premium cannabis products.
Schedule = Evening and Weekend Shifts Required
Skills & requirements for this position :
- Cannabis industry experience is NOT a requirement but will accelerate candidates to priority consideration
- 1-2 years previous Inventory or Stock Associate experience in retail, restaurant, manufacturing or parts inventory.
- Ability to lift bins of inventory, bend, reach, sit, and stand for extended periods of time
- Willing to work long days and weekends with a flexible work schedule
- Must be computer friendly – Google Suite proficiency a big plus
- Previous experience with retail or stock room sale systems. Treez, Leaf Logix, Dutchie, or METRC experience a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory procedures and best practices
- Age 21 with valid ID
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and personable
- Positive, can-do attitude, solution-based thinker, organized and results-driven
- Team player, willing to do everything to support your co-workers and customers

A) At the time of application, you are a member of a household that earns no more than 80% of the San Francisco or Oakland Area Median Income, adjusted for household size;
B) During the period 1971-2016, you were arrested for, convicted of, or adjudged to be a ward of the juvenile court for any crime under the laws of California or any other jurisdiction relating to the sale, possession, use, manufacture, or cultivation of Cannabis;
C) Since 1995, you experienced housing insecurity in San Francisco or Oakland, as evidenced by eviction, foreclosure, or revocation of housing subsidy;
D) You have or had parent, sibling, or child, who during the period 1971-2016, was arrested for, convicted of, or adjudged to be a ward of the juvenile court for any crime under the laws of California or any other jurisdiction relating to the sale, possession, use, manufacture, or cultivation of Cannabis;
E) You attended a school under the jurisdiction of the San Francisco or Oakland Unified School District for five years, either consecutively or in total, during the period 1971-2016; or
F) During the period of 1971-2016, you lived for at least five years, either consecutively or in total, in San Francisco or Oakland census tracts where at least 17% of the households had incomes at or below the federal poverty level, as determined by the Director.
