REPORTS TO: Activities Director
JOB GOAL: To instruct participants in the fundamental skill, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success, as well as provide leadership to oversee and direct the entirety of the show choir program. At the same time, the active student participants shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation and internalization of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, self-confidence, and sportsmanship. Implements "quality" principles and tools to improve effectiveness of program.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Contract as determined by activitiy and season dates. Compensation to be negotiated between the Urbandale Education Association and the Board of Education.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board of Education.
