Job Summary
The Jr. Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks for the finance, data, recruiting, marketing, and accounting teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The work will be varied. This is an in-person role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organized records and filing systems for administrative and financial documents.
- Coordinate office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of finance leader.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Project manage key ongoing projects for the teams.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or accounting support is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
