Location : Needs to be in Bay Area and come to San Jose office for 4 days a week.
Job Description(JD) of Process Consultant :
- The Process Consultant sshould be able to understand business flow and document process flows as-is and ability to develop to-be process flows based on the discussion with customer
- Have done similar exercise with different SaaS companies
- Process is associated with SaaS company's Product creation and approval, Deals Desk process, Deal structuring
- Creative thinker to analyse customer need and work with UI / UX designer to come out with views / dashboard / workbench through which different statuses can be viewed
- Have the experience and knows the process to Partner with the Sales organization, particularly with Accounts Sales team as a trusted advisor of pricing and packaging team, deal construction
- Good understanding of various licensing models, deal structures, and pricing to support the sales organization while maintaining internal pricing standards in a SaaS company
- Have the process knowledge who has the ability to work in collaboration with BE, Pricing and Finance teams for the most current list of products
- Good understanding of ServiceNow or any other SaaS products and how licenses work knowledge
- Experience in understanding process and able to construct new digitized process using AI / ML automation
- Should be based out San Jose, CA and can come 3-4 days / week
