9 years experience Provides day to day support of business application portfolio Studies existing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new processes to improve production or workflow as required Works with team to discuss requirements set expectations and solve problems utilizing standard technologies and tools Develops applications integration specifications test plans deployment plans and support strategies Performs gap andor impact analysis and designs as appropriate data updates application modifications interfaces and configuration changes Documents requirements and test plans provides service specific expertise and develops high level system solutions
