Jr Project Manager

Qualification & Responsibilities : < / b>< / p>

Manage endtoend delivery of technology projects ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.< / p>

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts developers and QA to drive project success.< / p>

Define project scope objectives and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder requirements.< / p>

Create and maintain detailed project plans schedules and status reports.< / p>

Facilitate daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives in Agile environments.< / p>

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues ensuring timely resolution.< / p>

Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and status.< / p>

Manage project budgets resources and timelines to ensure successful delivery.< / p>

5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager preferably in the Banking / Finance sector.< / p>

Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.< / p>

Proficiency in tools like JIRA Confluence MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.< / p>

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.< / p>

Experience managing crossfunctional teams and delivering technologyfocused projects.< / p>

Ability to work onsite in Chicago 3 days a week (locals only).< / p>
