The Facilities Operations Manager at Urbn Leaf is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring strict safety enforcement and timely completion of tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of maintenance processes and health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Plan and execute minor additions, modifications, and alterations to existing facilities and equipment.
- Provide guidance and resources to maintenance staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Machining and lean manufacturing experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of Safety and DCC Regulations.
