We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Urbn Leaf. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and safety of our cannabis facilities and personnel.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in security, law enforcement, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. They must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable. A current and valid Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Security Officer License issued by the State of California is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Distribute incoming packages to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Execute Ad Hoc Projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Post-graduate degree from a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) in law enforcement or adult corrections or a POST Basic Certificate.
- Valid drivers license and insurable.
