As a URBN Field Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing recruitment processes. You will utilize iCIMS, our applicant tracking system, to maintain reports, address system issues, and manage iCIMS cases. Your responsibilities will include building talent pipelines, supporting recruitment for new store openings, and collaborating with the Social Media Coordinator to enhance brand visibility. Additionally, you will manage URBN candidate inquiries and ensure effective communication with candidates and internal teams.
- Audits and Reporting: Action system audits to ensure field compliance. Maintain comprehensive dashboard reports for the Field Recruitment Team and Brand Field Leaders to track recruitment metrics and performance.
- System Errors: Partner with HRIS to identify and resolve system errors affecting hiring and onboarding processes. Provide feedback and recommendations to user groups to improve system efficiency.
- iCIMS Cases: Lead efforts to resolve Field iCIMS cases in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with field recruiters, store teams, and home office teams as needed.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the offer letters and email templates are up to date, collaborate with HRIS to ensure timely execution of new store information into the system, and loss prevention to ensure new store locations are reflected in HireRight.
- Training Guides: Maintain training guides for the recruitment system and processes.
- Talent Platforms: Utilize various talent platforms and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, really, iCIMS CRM, Vidcruiter) to market and attract talent for challenging and priority stores or markets.
- New Store Recruitment: Support the recruitment process for new store openings by managing timeline strategies, creating job postings, and marketing job opportunities effectively.
- Role Recruitment: As assigned, recruit for specific roles by the recruitment team.
- Candidate Inquiries: Review, resolve, and respond to candidate inquiries via the URBN Careers email promptly and professionally.
- Recruitment Updates: Provide weekly recruitment updates to each brand’s store operations and field teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Hiring Page Maintenance: Update the Hiring Page with the latest information, ensuring it reflects current job postings and recruitment updates.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the Early Careers team to communicate and market upcoming events to Store Ops teams and field leaders. Support the organization of on-site events, including locations, activities, and vendor management.
- Marketing Calendar: Collaborate with field recruiters to update the marketing calendar and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
- Social Media Collaboration: Partner with the Social Media Coordinator to enhance brand awareness and promote priority roles, new store openings, and recruitment events.
- Seasonal Marketing Tools: Work with Brand Store Operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of seasonal recruitment marketing materials and tools.
