What are the responsibilities and job description for the URBN Personalization Analyst position at URBN?
- Understand Brand objectives and customer journeys for Personalization campaigns
- Support Brands in creation of new campaigns and segments for on-site and CRM marketing; set data baselines to track performance against
- Understand how personalization algorithms translate to customer experiences, and strategize with Brands on how and when to use them across channels
- Regularly audit campaigns for AB testing opportunities and optimizations
- Regularly pull performance data for new insights and sales tracking
- Support Brands and Technology teams in troubleshooting campaign issues
- Enthusiasm for Personalized marketing campaigns and Customer Journeys and a desire for hands on learning
- Experience related to digital marketing skills such as Email, SMS, Customer Segmentation, Reporting, and eCommerce
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders of varying levels
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and handle competing demands
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on both quality and speed
- Experience with Personalization fundamentals or recommendation algorithms a plus
- Experience with Google Analytics or other reporting interfaces a plus
