Role Summary
URBN is looking for a Procurement Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting and working with the Senior Procurement Manager and Director of Procurement to manage supply needs of internal customers including all Retail locations, Direct channels, and corporate office locations.
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and addressing all supply-related communication from Retail stores and DC channels.
- Acts as the liaison between vendors and 3rd party inventory systems.
- Provide inventory and spend reports related to supply categories and usage trends.
- Manage Purchasing Supplies email box - fielding questions / request from all stores, troubleshooting problems, tracking orders, entering orders on a dedicate web portal, drafting of Purchase orders.
- Invoicing - coding and submitting invoices, updating digital trackers, and assisting in P&L reporting.
- Managing various administrative tasks related to Retail and Direct store ops, transportation, and Accounts Payable.
