Role Summary
Urban Outfitters, Inc., a dynamic specialty retailer including global brands Anthropologie, Free People, Nuuly, and Urban Outfitters, has an exciting opportunity in the Global Trade and Compliance area. We are looking for a temporary coordinator of import compliance to help support our global business. The Temporary Coordinator of Import Compliance will work with brokers to assist the Entry Operations team. Support functions include entry review, entry tracking and broker management.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of U.S. import shipments
- Review data between Tradestone ERP system and entry documents
- Track U.S. import entries
Role Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Customs regulations and U.S. import operational procedures
- Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail required
- Proactive, self-motivated, and strong team player
- Strong business partner and customer service orientation
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Import/export experience preferred
