Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated team player with a positive attitude and great organizational and communication skills. You should be a customer advocate and have a strong desire to provide over the top customer service. You should be able to function well in a multitask environment and be willing to accept new and diverse assignments. You must be able to work with all organizational levels including peers, customers, and management.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop training material for new hires
- Support manager on tasks related to continual process improvement initiatives. Also participate in special projects as requested
- Work and maintain open communications between team, brand partners and supervisor
- Communicate new material to the contact center daily
- Provide feedback to agents/supervisors to develop team customer service skills
- Assist with Bridge calls as needed
Role Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school degree or GED is preferred
- Possess excellent speaking voice and vocabulary
- Able to type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Effective use of computer skills
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
- Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required
- Proficient multitasking abilities, with a capacity to thrive in high-pressure situations.
- Leadership experience
Technical Skills Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Outlook for email and calendar management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems is preferred.
