Urbo | Urban Bodega in Phoenix, AZ is looking for Barista/Cashiers to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 603 W. Fillmore St.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Opportunity for growth as we are expanding to other locations. 3 consistent shifts Minimum able to work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Prepare hot and cold food items
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Stock and prep retail/food items
- Have fun and love customer service!
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista and food preparation experience
- Not afraid to work with food preparation
- Can multitask!
- Coachable
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to lift 25lbs
