Urbo | Urban Bodega in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an all-star to join our team. Location would be mainly Downtown PHX, but open to traveling to our other locations for shift or event. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged with customers. Customer Service #1! Depending on qualifications... Stating $15 plus tips ($24 per hour range) with room to grow!
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu food/drink items
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks, recommend and upsell
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal age
- Restock inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ensure $ is accounted for
- Will travel to offsite events.
Qualifications
- Some working experience as a barista, bartender or in service industry a plus. Loves to work with and interact with people!
- Looking to help grow a company
