Education And Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Eight or more years experience working in a communication management role.
- BA degree in English Literature, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related discipline.
- Expertise/experience in corporate reporting.
- Expertise/experience in change communication.
- Expertise/experience in event management and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise/experience in internal communication strategy/campaigns/tools.
- Experience of managing people, projects and resources.
- Expertise in written corporate communication and speech writing.
- Work can be conducted in Eunice, NM/Hybrid (25% on-site)
- Some evening and weekend meetings will be required
- Travel is required
- Security Clearance required
- Emergency Response may be required

- Manage the development and implementation of creative, engaging and proactive integrated internal communication,
- Engagement plans and campaigns for a wide variety of strategic projects, initiatives, change programs and business partners.
- Support key stakeholders at Head Office and Sites
- Design, develop and manage a range of communication channels and tools to achieve maximum efficiency and dialogue (internet/film/print/digital/face to face)
- Review and approve all communications for the workforce, providing coaching for Senior leaders
- Promote research and evaluation or communications activities, analyzing the results and driving improvement for best practices.
- Establish a creative, engaging and proactive e integrated external communication & Community plan
- Coordinate with lead team/global communications team to ensure that the company s public relations efforts are cohesive, consistent and effective in supporting the overall mission and strategic goals.
- Track all relevant local and regional legislation as well as industry priorities and interest
- Raise the profile of the company through project managing events(in-person, virtual & hybrid)
- Secure high profile speaking opportunities and preparing keynote presentations/speeches.
- Act as a key spokesperson for the company, cultivating relationships with members of the media to ensure the effective delivery of the message.
- Oversee the crisis communications in the event of an emergency so the media, key stakeholders and public can obtain accurate, timely information and the company s reputation is preserved.
