Summary Of Responsibilities
Responsible for directing the development of detailed plans/schedules for all corrective and preventative maintenance, surveillance, post maintenance test, and modifications within an assigned work week. Utilizes leadership experience from previous Operations supervisory or other department managerial position to efficiently and effectively carry out duties. Working with all departments cross functionally and designated Project Managers to solve conflicts which challenge to schedule safety and performance. Responsible for ensuring group and site goals are met during their respective execution week.
Education And Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Work Location: Urenco USA, Eunice, NM Work Schedule: Professional work schedule with minimal night/weekend support. Some nights and weekend work may be required. Employees are also subject to call-outs as needed. Travel Required: 10% of the time or less as required Security Clearance Requirement: Controlled Access Area (CAA) Access and an L or Q level security clearance is required Emergency Response Requirements: Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duty may be required; including being on-call (24/7) during your designated team duty week Work Environment: Radiological exposure expectations of Confidentiality: Responsible for the protection of confidential and proprietary information received during employment, including keeping information in strict confidence, exercising a reasonable degree of care to prevent disclosure to others, not disclosing or divulging either directly or indirectly information to others, and not using the information commercially or for any other purpose other than the performance of their duties for Urenco. Education And Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalency of experience
- Experience: 5 Years in an Operations, Maintenance leadership, or Planning leadership position within an organization
- Bachelor of Science in a Technical discipline
- 7 years in an Operations, Maintenance leadership, or Planning leadership position within an organization
- Manage the detailed schedule development for the assigned work week to ensure Site Maintenance process and Maintenance Rule compliance and safety risk are coordinated to minimize safety challenges and effectively and efficiently implement the schedule
- During the execution week, responsible for ensuring the Risk profile, Maintenance Specifications, and Plant Procedures are adhered to
- Directs the implementation of the work week schedule in a safe, effective and efficient manner during the execution week
- Direct, with minimal oversight, the assigned work week schedule execution ensuring Safety Specifications and Maintenance Rules compliance. Maintaining schedule are coordinated to minimize safety challenges and effectively implement the schedule
- Coordinate efforts to prepare work orders for execution week success with appropriate permits, engineering support, and spare parts required to complete assigned tasks
- Provide direction, with minimal oversight, to all department planners, schedulers, Project Managers, and other support personnel for the development of an effective and accurate schedule execution
- Directs schedule execution to meet the Work Management Process Key indicators
- Manage priority emergent work for their assigned work week
- Evaluate scheduling execution performance analysis date and develop a weekly performance analysis report to assist in the development of corrective actions at the weekly P.A.R meeting
- Assist in forced outage coordination as required
- Coach, mentor, and develop other members of the work management organization and fulfill additional requirements
