Summary of Responsibilities
The Document Coordinator serves as a crucial liaison between the Engineering Department and other organizational units, ensuring efficient document management, workflow coordination, and project tracking. This role is responsible for maintaining documentation integrity while facilitating communication and project delivery across departments.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) plus 1 years of related experience
- Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Access
- Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel and Word
- Basic experience with EDM (Electronic Data Management)
- High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of related experience in document control or engineering support roles
- 1 years of experience in nuclear or engineering environment
- Intermedia knowledge of SAP and MS Access
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel and Word
- Intermediate Power BI skills
- Basic knowledge of Blue Beam and Viewpoint
- Intermedia experience with EDM
- Associate's degree in related field (Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or related) plus 6 years of related experience
- High School Diploma or GED plus 8 years of related experience in document control or engineering support roles
- 4 years of experience in nuclear or engineering environment
- Intermedia knowledge of SAP and MS Access
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel and Word
- Intermediate Power BI skills
- Intermedia knowledge of Blue Beam and Viewpoint
- Intermedia experience with EDM
Experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, and Word
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain CAA ( Controlled Access Area) clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain US NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) nuclear fitness for duty requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field plus 6 years of related experience
- Expert knowledge of all required software systems
- Process improvement certification
- Active security clearances
- CAA clearance

- Work Schedule: Professional work schedule with minimal night/weekend support. Some nights and weekend work may be required. Employees are also subject to call-outs as needed.

- Security Clearance Requirement: CAA Access and an L or Q level security clearance
- Emergency Response Requirements: Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duty will be required; including being on-call (24/7) during your designated team duty week.
- Work Environment: Radiological exposure expectations of < 100 mrem/yr. General Office, Plant Production Areas. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
- Responsible for the protection of confidential and proprietary information received during employment, including keeping information in strict confidence, exercising a reasonable degree of care to prevent disclosure to others, not disclosing or divulging either directly or indirectly information to others, and not using the information commercially or for any other purpose other than the performance of their duties for Urenco.
