Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible for various administrative activities in purchasing and material tracking within Warehouse and maintenance. They will utilize their experience across all organizational departments and/or functions working to ensure timely completion of task by gathering the required information for detailed and accurate submissions and records.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
High School Diploma or equivalency
Experience
3 years’ experience in a warehousing or supply chain department within an organization, preferably in roles of increasing responsibility
SAP receiving Software
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in inventory management, supply chain or other related science or technical field
5 years’ experience in a warehousing or supply chain department within an organization, preferably in roles of increasing responsibility
Job Details
The work location for this position is Urenco USA, Eunice, NM.
Work Schedule: Professional work schedule/ with minimal night/ weekend support. Some nights and weekend work may be required. Employees are also subject to call-outs as needed.
Travel Required: 10% of the time or less as required.
Security Clearance Requirement: Controlled Access Area (CAA) Access and an L or Q level security clearance is required.
Emergency Response Requirements: Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duty may be required; including being on-call (24/7) during your designated team duty week.
Work Environment: Radiological exposure expectations of < 100 mrem/yr. General Office, Plant Production Areas. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets etc.
Responsible for the protection of confidential and proprietary information received during employment, including keeping information in strict confidence, exercising a reasonable degree of care to prevent disclosure to others, not disclosing or divulging either directly or indirectly information to others, and not using the information commercially or for any other purpose other than the performance of their duties for Urenco. Confidential information includes information and data of any kind concerning any matters affecting or relating to Urenco business or operations, including compensation, investigations, financial controls, etc.
Primary Functions
Researches SAP to ensure an MMN (Master Material Numbers) for the desired item does not already exist. If the item is already in SAP, ensures the quality and technical requirements match the requirement.
Responsible for preparation, accuracy, identification of required documentation, and completeness of the MMR Creation (and Change) Requests.
Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and others to ensure the accuracy of data (e.g., Quality Level, drawings, specifications, etc.).
Coordinates and obtains appropriate approvals for MMR Creation and Change Requests.
Ensures the Creation, Change or Deletion of an MMN does not impact other organizations.
Ensures any MMN Creation for materials which involve changes to UUSA including: site, structures, processes, systems, equipment, components, computer programs, and activities of personnel that involve or could affect uranium bearing or potential uranium bearing items are reviewed by Nuclear Criticality Safety.
If no MMN exists for the item, identifies the need for a new MMR (Master Material Requests) and associated MMN.
Responsible for completion of Part Authorization Number (PAN) information in accordance with site processes and procedures.
Shall maintain qualification as Plant Requisitioner and have successfully completed Material Master Creation and Change Request Process training per site training requirements.
Responsible for ensuring group and site goals are met.
Responsible for the preparation, accuracy, identification of required documentation, and completeness of the Purchase Requests (PRs).
Responsible for the creation of Service Entries (SES) when invoices are received and entry in timely matter.
Responsible for obtaining appropriate approvals for PRs and/or revisions to PRs or other procurement process documents.
Ensures any PR revisions are sent back to Procurement Engineer for review.
Ensures Material Returns are coordinated through the Warehouse utilizing the Offsite Shipment process defined by site procedures.

Compensation starting at: $42.58 - $50.70 / hour and up dependent on candidate experience.
