Urgent Care Group is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts, attract top-tier candidates, and support the growth of our team. In this role, you will develop recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and post job postings through Paylocity recruiting systems and other job boards
- Screen candidates by reviewing job applications, resumes, and conducting phone screens
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Facilitate offer process by extending job offer and negotiating employment terms
- Collaborate with onboarding representative to ensure smooth transition for new hires
- Build and maintain a recruiting pipeline by engaging with existing and new talent sources
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Ability to source and hire high-quality candidates
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google platforms
