About the Role:

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced, patient-focused clinic. You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure seamless patient care, from triaging patients and gathering medical records to preparing exam rooms and assisting physicians during treatments.

Reports to: Regional Director/Supervision of Clinic Supervisor and Shift Lead

Pay Range:

- $23-$25 per hour (based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Prepare patients for examinations and treatment by taking patient vitals and histories and discharge patients with care instructions
• Triage patients and gather medical records
• Administer medications and perform basic phlebotomy tasks
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Inventory supplies, and replenish supplies when received
• Help in maintaining the medical equipment maintenance
• Additional duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience with EMR systems (Experity preferred)
• Previous experience in a medical office setting (Preferred)
• Medical Assistant Diploma required; certification preferred
• Ability to work independently with excellent patient interaction skills
• Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday)
