Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure employees are informed about available options.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with management on change management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment efforts.
- Provide support in strategic planning initiatives related to workforce development.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and talent management strategies is essential.
- Proficiency in using paylocity or similar payroll software is highly desirable.
- Experience with change management practices within an organization is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
