As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our medical staff.
About the Role:
The LPN will work in a fast-paced urgent care environment, providing a range of services including patient registration, vital sign collection, and basic laboratory testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing standards and protocols and be able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet patients and prepare them for examination or procedure.
* Record health history of patient and note abnormal conditions for physician.
* Instruct patients on collection of any necessary samples and tests.
* Obtain vital signs and escort patients to rooms.
Requirements:
* A degree from an accredited school of practical nursing is required.
* Minimum of two years' experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.
* Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in accordance with state regulations.
