Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Franklin, TN. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced medical team to provide expert medical care to patients, diagnosing and treating various acute and chronic conditions. You will also participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, including respiratory infections, skin conditions, and injuries.
- Prescribe medications, order laboratory tests, and perform diagnostic imaging procedures as necessary.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
- Current licensure as an APRN in Tennessee
- Certification as an APRN through the AANP or ANCC
- DEA license, or willingness to obtain upon hire
