Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Fort Worth, TX. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal users across the organization. This includes installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software systems, as well as ensuring network security and performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- ERP Support: Assist with existing ERP and SAP Implementation, Support/Training, Automation, and Integration with EDI and other Business Platforms.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline IT/Business operations.
- Database Management: Perform SQL queries, manage databases, and support cloud data solutions.
- User Management: User provisioning, permissions, and management via Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Etc.
- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Support end-users, resolving issues related to Windows 11, Teams, VoIP, SharePoint, audio-visual equipment, Etc.
- System Administration: Help maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Office 365, SQL Server, Power BI, and Snowflake environments.
- Collaboration Tools: Support Teams, SharePoint, VoIP, and other communication tools.
- Documentation: Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Grow in a Global Team: Assist Global URGO IT as needed and work within published procedures.

- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with customers at all organizational levels and leaders in other regions. Possesses relationship skills with third party suppliers and customers.
- Good program & project management skills with the ability to prioritize activities effectively to execute multiple projects in parallel.
- Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills.
- Scripting skills for automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Enterprise IT support or system administration roles.
- Proficiency with SQL, SAP, Windows Server, Windows 11, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Office 365 administration, Teams, SharePoint, and VoIP systems.
Work Environment
- Indoors, in an office environment, with temperature control.
- No adverse environmental conditions expected.
- Less than 10% travel expected.
Physical Demands
