Job Title : Registered Nurse - Organ Transplant

Certifications : BLS (American Heart Association only)
Must-Have : Transplant and Surgical Nursing Experience, Telemetry Experience
Description :
Provide care to an adult population with a variety of organ transplant patients, including kidney, pancreas, and liver.
Care is provided to both pre-op and post-op patients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that value nurses' skills, talents, and compassion for their patient population.
Demonstrate positive communication skills, flexibility, creativity, and commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
Transplant and surgical nursing experience are required.
Telemetry experience is mandatory.
This role requires working every other weekend and may include holidays, on-call, and call-back duties based on unit needs.
You will work 12-hour shifts with either a 36 or 48 hours per week schedule.
