We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven professionals to join our teams in Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Surgical, and Imaging specialties. In this role, you will work directly with physicians, physician assistants, and patients to facilitate scheduling and guide patients through their care plans.
What You’ll Do
- Support Patients & Providers – Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and assist with care plans.
- Communicate Clearly & Effectively – Serve as the primary contact for patients and providers, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Work as a Team – Collaborate with colleagues, assist with administrative tasks, and help keep operations running smoothly.
- Ensure Accuracy – Maintain up-to-date patient records and scheduling details to prevent delays and errors.
Who You Are
- You have at least two years of customer service or administrative experience.
- You excel in communication, organization, and problem-solving.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
